我本科在武漢音樂學院讀舞蹈表演，剛完成了香港教育大學的幼兒教育PGDE課程。這段進修讓我對本地幼稚園的課程框架、兒童發展，以及SEN幼兒的照顧方式都有了更具體的理解。我26年9月將進修碩士課程，希望不斷充實自己。現時我在上水一間幼稚園工作，日常負責助教、普通話教學和舞蹈興趣班，也會協助照顧SEN小朋友，這些前線經驗讓我愈來愈清楚如何與不同需要的孩子相處。 我一直堅持「以幼兒為中心，實現全人發展」的理念，希望為孩子營造輕鬆、安心、包容的學習環境。 3-6歲正是孩子感知世界、建立習慣的關鍵期，我不喜歡生硬的知識灌輸，更偏向透過遊戲和生活化的互動，引導孩子主動學習。面對不同性格、不同節奏的孩子，包括需要額外關照的SEN幼兒，我會耐心觀察他們的需要，靈活調整引導方式，給予足夠的包容與鼓勵，讓每個孩子都能在集體中找到自信，感受到被車視。 我的舞蹈與音樂背景，是教學中的獨特優勢。我習慣用藝術的方式和孩子溝通，透過簡單的律動、音樂互動活躍課堂氣氛，拉近和孩子的距離，啟發他們的表達力與創造力。平日我也會用Adobe Illustrator、Canva等工具做些簡單有趣的教具，讓教學內容更生動易懂。 另外，在興趣班教中國舞，我的想法不只是教動作，更想透過舞蹈帶孩子認識簡單的中華傳統文化，用他們容易接受的方式，潛移默化地培養文化感知力。這也是我未來教學中想要堅持的方向。
